Bio
Paul Dunlap
Paul Dunlap Jr. grew up on the east side of Oʻahu in the culturally rich town of Waimānalo—affectionately known as “God’s country.” Raised in a family deeply rooted in Hawaiian tradition and hula, Paul was immersed from an early age in the rhythms, language, and stories of his heritage. His family is part of one of Hawaiʻi’s most respected hula hālau, and much of his musical foundation was shaped through playing Hawaiian music alongside his father and extended ʻohana.
