The Henry Kapono Foundation proudly supports the Hawaii STEM Conference Presented by Women in Technology!

Henry Kapono joins Polynesian Voyaging Society President, Nainoa Thompson, Punahou Schools music teacher, James Anshutz, and others in leading some of Hawaii’s young upcoming songwriters in the “Voyaging Song Hackathon”. An opportunity for middle and high school students to come together and create a song that will bring together nations from around the Pacific and world in peace and raise awareness for the oceans and environment.

STEMworks™ is pleased to announce the 2019 Hawaii STEM Conference on May 1-2, 2019 on Oahu, Hawai`i. This two-day regional technology conference serves 1,000+ middle and high school students and 300 teachers. The Hawaii STEM Conference provides our STEMworks™ students the opportunity to showcase their service-learning STEM projects, network with other students and industry professionals, compete in competitions, attend hands-on STEM sessions, and much more. We also provide a professional development track for our teachers.
